Approaching Laedro, unexpected visitors
Dead bear, dead warforged, dead human Venca cultist. Possibly happened 8-12 hours ago.
Warforged red cape
We make it to Laedro. 300' tall, embedded in the mountain.
An airship arrives, steampunk, near the head. Four cables attach to a gondola below the balloon. A short while later, Laedro comes to life and starts walking away! The landscape is obliterated and we have to act fast.
We survive the landslide, navigate up the leg, enter the colossus.
Navigating through Laedro
Colossus powered by advanced magic + docent, which run on dragon shards. Kyber dragon shard is the most rare.
We reach some kind of control room with 12 skeletons. There's a battlemap replaying a short sequence before the teleporting into the mountain.
Each skeleton has a black sphere on a pedestal, maybe to control the colossus. We each take one.
Each skeleton has a special glove, some with red gems, others blue gems. These activate runes on an elevator.
A glowing green orb tells us the following:
- Red: head
- Blue: lower
- Silver: armory
- ?: weapons
- ?: quarters
Showdown in the colossus' head
Sugar + Fell stealth forward towards female + warforged voices to the left of the pathways.
The artefact is powering the colossus! They're talking about Vecna.

We claim the rod piece and walk the colossus to Sharn, are celebrated as heroes. We explain the bigger picture and everyone is very understanding.
